Single Day (50 people max)
-Rental of the grounds only for the day of the wedding.
-Access to property from 9am-10pm (no set up/take down the day before or after, including tents/chairs. Check with your tent/chair rental company to see if they do same day drop off & pick up).
-No rentals are included (chairs, tables, linens, lighting, etc. are not provided).
-Bathroom with sink/toilet
-This covers rental of property grounds & does not included indoor access of private residence or area for changing/storing belongings.

This package is available during weekdays only (Saturday availability from December-March)
Monday-Thursday $300

This package includes ceremony only on the property in the area of your choice (The Peninsula, The Pond or the Riverfront) with 5 hours of use of the property including time for you to setup & cleanup.
Two Day Rental (50 people max)
-Rental of grounds only for the day of the wedding & 1 day before or after the wedding day, 9am-10pm each day. (this allows for hosting of rehearsal dinner or brunch the next day, more time for set up/take down of rentals, as well as kayaing/fishing enjoying the property before the wedding).
-No rentals are included (chairs, tables, linens, lighting, etc. are not provided)
-Bathroom with sink/toilet
-This covers rental of property grounds & does not included indoor access of private residence or area for changing/storing belongings.
